This domaine, originally a truffle orchard, was converted to a vineyard in the early 1900s. Their 2021 rosé has a relatively rich texture and is constructed on a foundation of generous red fruit supported by garrigue, mineral and spice. Try it with herb-crusted lamb medallions, or smoked salmon in a maple syrup glaze.
